Our business starts in 1978 when Andreas Vrachnis buys his first truck with public commercial license, capable of providing transport services to the public.In parallel to transporting, Andreas was occupied with other activities, running a factory that had to do with manufacture and commercial issues which did not only enriched his knowledge but also challenged his skills in business in general.

In 2007 he decides to turn to roadside services with transport, lifting and towing vehicles.

Since 2008, his commitment to quality services and professional competence have already been recognized and partnership with Mapfre Asistencia - Eurosos Assistance is the first collaboration.

After five years (2013), he invests at a second vehicle with the aim of engaging in long-distance transportation of vehicles on behalf of affiliated companies.

In 2014, Vrachnis Demetrios, the son of Vrachnis Andreas joins, giving him prospects for a long-term future. In the same year, he is investing in a third vehicle. The 2014 balance report will once again show positive results confirming the belief that the company is moving in the right direction.

In 2015, a corporate identity will be adopted for greater market recognition, accompanied by complete online promotion.

A year later (2016) RED assistance will enter the Interamerican partner network. The fleet has now been strengthened by numbering six vehicles, one with a crane, increasing the capabilities of our services.

In 2017, RED assistance will also work with Mondial for a nationwide roadside assistance as well as a world-class force in the area. In the same year the headquarters’ offices are completely renovated with upgraded equipment and the installation of a modern call center.

2018 will be a landmark year, as RED assistance's ongoing development will ensure that it obtains certification from the Ministry of Transport for a full range of roadside assistance services. Our fleet is upgraded to ten vehicles and annual services account to more than ten thousand.
