Our headquarters
Our Headquarters is located in Acharnes in a privately-owned area with a plot of 600 square meters which is ground to a 250 square meters two floor building. The garage area of our vehicles as well as that of our customers is fenced and monitored by a closed circuit of cameras.
The sheltered space also features extra alarm protection.
This building also contains our modern and fully renovated offices. Furthermore we have bases in Tavros and Ilioupolis so that our trucks are situated on strategic points, covering all Attica.
We, RED assistance, believe in the development of a very important parameter that is crucial to the quality of the road assistance service and that no other than the immediate responce.
To achieve this, we make sure that our vehicles are spread, and the positions that they take on the most central arteries of the Athenian and the wider Attica road network. Incidents in areas such as Agios Stefanos, Kryoneri, Kifissia, Varybobi, Acharnes, Lykovryssi, Metamorfosi, Nea Filadelfeia, Nea Chalkidona, Ilion and Peristeri located near the National Road and Kifissos Avenue are served quite rapidly.
Also the strategic point of our headquarters allows direct access to the Attiki Odos for fast service to the west of Ano Liosia, Aspropyrgos, Elefsina, Magoula and Mandra and east to Neo Heraklion, Maroussi, Vrilissia, Agia Paraskevi, Gerakas, Kantza, Pikermi, Pallini, Spata, Peania, Koropi and Markopoulo. We also offer day-to-day assistance to areas more distant from the center of Athens. Specifically, we are frequently requested to provide support to western areas such as Nea Peramos, Megara, Kineta and Agioi Theodoroi, and Northern areas such as Ekali, Drossia, Dionysos, Stamata, Afidnes, Kapandriti, Kalamos, Oropos, Malakasa Avlona and Inofyta.
Our second station in Tavros helps directly serve the incidents of the Athenian center and the southern suburbs. That allows us provide our services in minimal time to the areas of Aegaleo, Agios Ioannis Rentis, Neo Faliro, Piraeus, Korydallos, Nikaia, Keratsini, Drapetsona, Perama, Moschato, Kallithea, Paleo Faliro, Nea Smyrni, Moschato and Daphne. Our third station in Ilioupolis contributes to the complete cover range by serving incidents in areas of south-eastern Attica such as Alimos, Elliniko, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni, Vari, Varkiza, Saronida, Lagonissi, Anavyssos, Palea Fokea to Lavrio. It also makes happen direct arrival to Agios Dimitrios, Argyroupoli, Hymettos, Papagou, Cholargos, Vyrona, Kesariani, Zografou and Psychiko.
